We're excited to get your adopted plush to its new home! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

 Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

 Shipping Methods and Times

• We offer 48 hour tracked or 24 hour tracked with Royal Mail.

• Standard shipping typically takes 1/2 days after processing.

• Express shipping typically within the same day after processing.

• Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

• Processing time is typically between 1 - 2 days before the item is shipped.

 Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method

 Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can track your order through the carrier's website or through the tracking link provided in the email.

 Delivery Issues

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.  If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.  

• If your package is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first, and then contact us.
