Adopt a Plush - Returns & Reimbursements
At Adopt a Plush, we strive for complete joy with your chosen cuddly companion. Should your new plush not meet your expectations, we provide a simple return and reimbursement procedure, valid for 30 days post-delivery.
Return Qualifications

Any plush acquired from Adopt a Plush can be sent back within 30 days of its arrival.

The returned item must be in its original state, inclusive of all labels, wrapping, and accompanying items.

We cannot process returns for plush that have been modified, harmed after receipt, or employed in a manner outside their intended use.
Starting a Return

Reach Out: Prior to dispatching your return, please communicate with us via email at Info@sendaplush.co.uk detailing your order number and the reason for the return.

Prepare the Package: Securely enclose your plush to prevent any transit damage. Utilising the original packaging is highly recommended.

Dispatch the Return: Send your return to the following postal address: 53 canons Road, Ware, Herts, SG12 0BN. Please be aware that return postage is the responsibility of the sender.

Reimbursement Procedure: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will initiate your reimbursement within 5 working days. Reimbursements will be credited to the original transaction method.
Reimbursement Terms
Reimbursements are processed following the receipt and inspection of the returned plush.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
In the event of transit damage or order discrepancies, please notify us immediately for resolution.
Swaps
Currently, we do not facilitate direct swaps. If you desire an alternative item, please return your initial purchase and place a new order.
